Job Description - Systems Support Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our Business Operations team within Partnership for Education. As a key member of our team, you will have a thorough knowledge of 365 applications, in particular Power Platforms and SharePoint, and have a natural aptitude for problem solving, innovation and continuous improvement. This role will support a wide range of operational processes, and you will have the freedom to present ideas and suggestions, and create solutions to support others to be as efficient and effective as possible. What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As a System Support Analyst, you will provide dedicated expertise and technical solutions to support our approach to streamlining and automating processes. Working closely with the Business Operations team, you will be identifying, developing and delivering low or no-cost system/application enhancements to help advance operational processes and initiatives. You will be our “go-to” 365 expert, who will always know, or find out, the answer, and be comfortable teaching, training, upskilling and demonstrating to others.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Advanced knowledge of 365 applications, especially Power Platforms
    • Microsoft Certification - Power Platform App Maker / Power Platform App Maker Associate desirable
    • A desire and motivation to develop in this field
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills
    • Comfortable communicating with and encouraging stakeholders at all levels
    • Able to work with a wide range of staff and communicate technical information clearly to specialists and non-specialists
  • Experience with systems administration and data quality/management
