JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for hiring, training, retaining and developing their respective team members.
• Responsible to lead the effective and profitable results for their team.
• Administers company policies, best practices and standard operating procedures to facilitate performance that exceeds client expectations.
• Provides the thought leadership and innovation necessary for continuous improvement while ensuring a positive work environment.
• Active role model demonstrating pride and ownership as a leader of the organization.
• Responsible for daily call monitoring to provide feedback and coaching of team members per the quality standards.
• Demonstrate company core values and culture.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in call center operations and/or prior experience managing and/or supervising multiple employees.
• At least 1 year experience as Team Leader/Lead or Operations Manager in BPO industry
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• High ethics, common sense, and good overall judgment
• Must be a team player but able to work independently, be highly motivated and open to challenges
• Available to work night shift and extended hours
• Must be willing to work in Makati

Employment Type:

• Full-time, night shift
• You will be tagged as Independent Contract, you will receive your salary in full, no deductions of taxes and mandatories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Evening shift
