You will also practice your skills in the identification and creation of project concepts for continuous improvement. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To monitor and respond to incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
• To perform basic product troubleshooting guided by information found in public documents and limited to business unit products.
• To explain product specifications and product features to customers.
• To gather, collect, organize, and send electronic copies of documentation to the customer.
• To identify project ideas for continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering courses.
• Solid understanding of basic information about electrical.
• Knowledge about basic installations and applications of wiring and other electrical products.
• Knowledge of hazardous locations and markets.
• Experience in installations and applications of wiring and other related products.
