About the Role

You'll work closely with an AU-based Development Team Manager. As a Test Analyst on the team, your responsibilities include creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing, as well as proposing solutions to identified quality issues. You'll manage bugs and issues using JIRA, collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to the testing process, actively participate in the Agile process, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality product at a competitive cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bugs/issues using JIRA and ensure efficient resolution.
• Collaborate with all parties to ensure adherence to the testing process and active participation in the Agile process.
• Conduct detailed testing/reviewing of documents, content, and systems developed across various technologies and devices.
• Work closely with project teams to assess, scope, and document project testing requirements early in the development lifecycle.
• Create and manage internal and customer test plans for projects as needed, and effectively report test phase results to project teams, including both PM and technical teams.

Experience & Software

• At least 2 years of experience in testing, ensuring processes are well defined, documented, and adhered to.
• Experience with the following is desirable but not essential:
  • Experience working within a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.
  • Experience in the creation and management of automated tests using: Cypress io (Priority), Firefox Selenium IDE, SpecFlow & Selenium WebDriver.

Skills 

• Solid knowledge of industry testing best practices including functionality, usability, CMS, EDMs, and documentation testing.
• Solid understanding of development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and iterative waterfall, and how the QA process fits into these processes.
