Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a TranSCend Analyst for the Finance Master Data. This role will be focused on supporting the TranSCend Projects. Specifically, this role will support the solution and deployment of Finance Master Data in conjunction with various ongoing projects.

This role will handle all process work with the sending locations leads to transition the Finance Master Data work to GS Manila. This role will also be leading rollout of new process and systems with the Finance Master Data operations team. Key Responsibilities:

Project Deployment

• Effectively supervise multiple projects concurrently
• Work with all required collaborators to ensure proper and timely communications/updates
• Data Loads & Validation, high level of detail
• Liaise and raise process issues and taxonomy review among key collaborators. Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and get results.
• Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required
• Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
• Continuously support implementation of the PMO standards and approach for deployment end to end
• Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives
• Work with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts.
• User Access – Issue training, submit for access and track completions (S4, Orbit, etc)
• Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.

Test Management

• Accountable for the testing scope definition and testing approach
• Ensure testing process and guidelines are followed this includes: structure and flow of test materials and process for defining and documenting test scenarios and test cases and defects
• Implement governance, Test Team structure and interactions between teams
• Mobilize teams and motivate and hold teams & key partners accountable to deliver
• Accountable for the development and implementation of testing status reports and portfolio dashboards and visual metrics, deliver daily status reporting
• Accountable for defects triage and resolution
• Monitor testing progress till sign off and validation in compliance with J&J SDLC (Software Development Process)
• Collaborate on test automation strategy and identify continuous improvements to accelerate and speed up testing and deployments
• Lessons learned during testing cycles

Qualifications

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance required
• Experience in Finance Master Data required (Specifically seeking Intercompany Customer/Vendor, 3rd Party, GL experience)
• SAP/ERP experience required
• Supply Chain experience required
• Extraordinary attention to detail required
• High organizational skills required
• Experience with Test management Tools (JIRA) and Test management analytics desired
• High level degree of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint desired
• Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
• Ability to influence and interact with impact across peers and matrixed teams
• Strong learning agility
• Ability to navigate the various capabilities across MT SC
• Amenable to work on mid shift or night shift
