Job Description - U.S. Onboarding and Compliance Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance and Onboarding Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards. Additionally, they will oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and training sessions on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and systems.
  • Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and industry trends, proactively adapting policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations .
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs that drive organizational excellence and mitigate risk.
  • Experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
