Job Description

We are seeking a VP of Recruitment to spearhead our talent acquisition strategy and oversee all aspects of recruiting within Theoria Medical. This executive role demands a strategic leader capable of scaling our recruitment efforts to meet growing needs while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing mentorship and direction to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance Theoria Medical’s position as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in recruitment, with significant leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
