Are you an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) professional who can independently run operations, handle guest logistics, and leverage digital marketing to keep occupancy at 100%? We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to take full ownership of our 13-unit rental portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage 13 short-term rental properties and oversee daily guest communications
2. Audit and maintain Lodgify listings, availability, and booking accuracy
3. Handle inquiries across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, HipCamp, and other platforms
4. Manage maintenance scheduling, guest support, and payment assistance
5. Optimize listings with SEO and improve visibility across booking channels
6. Research new advertising opportunities and booking platforms
7. Create reports on guest issues, revenue, and operational updates
8. Support social media efforts and repurpose property videos into short-form content

Qualifications:

1. Property management experience
2. Strong short-term rental (STR) and Airbnb management experience
3. Experience with Lodgify and multi-channel booking platforms
4. Knowledge of SEO, advertising, and listing optimization
5. Social media management and light video editing experience required
6. Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and payment platforms (PayPal, Square)
7. Familiarity with Canva and social media tools is a plus
8. Excellent English communication skills
