※The company will outsource accounting tasks to its accounting firm

・Administrative contract
・Manage office equipment
・Purchase office supplies
・Prepare work permit
・Assist Japanese president and manager
- Acquire VISA and work permit
- Hotel Reservations & Flight booking

・Acquire permit and license
・Create company and work manual

QUALIFICASTIONS:

・At least 7 years of experience in Accounting and General affairs.
・With at least Assistant Manager experience.
・Bachelor's degree holder

・CPA holder
・Consulting or law firm experience
・Company establishment assistant experience
・N2 level or fluent in Japanese

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 7 years (Required)
• General Affairs: 7 years (Required)
• Officer/Team Lead: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
