Job Description - Admin Specialist (urgent hiring)

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

JOB DISCRIPTION
A. Payment Request (Water, Rental, Electric, Easytrip, Cash Advance Reimbursement, Shell Fleet, etc)
B. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
C. Daily Monitoring, (Easytrip, RFID, Office Supplies, Work tool)
D. Process building gate pass, work permits, access card, parking slot and other related requests
E. Oversee all maintenance works and maintenance personnel
F. Monitors and basic maintenance of all office equipment and facilities, including computers, printers, cctvs, broken furniture, busted lights, etc.
G. Arrange any travel accommodations and take care of expense forms by communicating between departments.
H. Coordination and alignment of Third Party agencies such as but not limited to Hotel Booking, Suppliers, Security Guards, Janitorial/Maintenance services, etc.
I. Handled administrative support for departmental activities - Meetings, Documentation Support, etc
J. Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as on boarding of new recruits.
Perform other related tasks from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree an Administrative course or any related course.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • With at least 2-3 years of working experience in administration, knowledgeable in different tasks as admin such as but not limited to reporting, documentation, process of different bills and permits and other related tasks.
  • With excellent oral and communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and efficient worker in a fast-paced office environment With sharp communication skill
