Airport Representative

Overview of the role

We are looking for an energetic and multi-skilled individual who will act as the welcome ambassador to The Peninsula Manila by meeting guests at the airport. This individual must pleasant, well-versed, charming and resourceful to get through the different aspects and bureaucracies of airport operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensures smooth and efficient receiving, assistance and facilitation of transfers of arriving guest.
• Must be able to promote and sell rooms for walk in guests.
• Ensures that all arriving guests are welcomed at the arrival lobby and escorted to the hotel lounge and/or hotel vehicle
• Ensures availability or status of hotel limousines or back up cars for scheduled and walk-in transfer requests.
• Ready to act as the welcome ambassador of the hotel at any time, especially for an arriving guest

General Requirements

• College Graduate
• Resourceful and equipped in multi-skilling
• Physically fit and with excellent disposition
• Flexible in work days and hours
• Willing to be reassigned and shifted posts (at the airport and on property) depending on business demand
