Requirements Animation and Reception : German and/or English – level B1 Main Tasks

• Animation
• Entertain guests

Work in team with the other animators and prepare games and entertaining programmes

• Kitchen:
• Prepare, cook and present food
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
• Housekeeping:
• Making sure all assigned rooms are clean, neat, and tidy
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Laundry
• Mopping and waxing floors
• Changing and laundering linen
• Reception:
• Welcoming and registering guests at the hotel
• Being available to customers all the time as a point of contact
• Giving information and processing reservations for buses/trains, shows, city tours etc.
• Involvement in the workplace knowing the current situation of hotel occupancy, VIPs,
• groups and events held at the hotel
• Maintenance:
• Keeping a check that safety equipment like fire alarm, fire extinguisher, etc. are in place and are in working condition
• Maintaining cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, and parking lot
• Replacing warn or damaged parts
• Completing an inventory for all supplies and tools
• Conducting preventative main
