- Be financially accountable for revenue on particular shift for designated outlets.
- Co-ordinates financial progress and plays an active role in rostering staff and monitoring labor costs, cost of sales and other expenses with the Assistant F&B Manager / Beverage Manager
- Initiating suitable incentive schemes to increase revenue and control other expenses.
- Monthly stock takes completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained by following accurate time and rostering procedures, and that staff are allocated to areas by job classification and skill.
- Achieve productivity by maximizing the use of team synergies.
- Liaise with entire Food & Beverage Team in providing assistance with any issues and encouraging high performance by being a supportive role model.
- Conduct absenteeism, conduct and counselling sessions with employees as necessary in liaison with the Assistant F&B Manager / Beverage Manager, Recruitment
- Show concern for dignity, self-esteem, welfare and contributions of all employees, while demanding performance

- Identify how performance, decisions and actions will ultimately impact on customer satisfaction.
- Beverage cost must be monitor and update in a timely manner. Need to work closely with the purchasing team & cost control for any price movement.
- Daily inventory and monthly stock take must be in place with the cost control.
- Proper documentation of stock request, purchase order, inter-transfer must be monitored and has proper documentation.
- Create and improve the beverage matrix for CFCM property.
- Create and follow thru all the beverage related events like bar takeover, masterclass, wine dinner & banquet VIP events, etc. with the coordination with the outlets/restaurants in-charge for beverage requirements.
- Monitor the slow- & fast-moving beverage items and give suggestions for any improvements.
- Create a Bar & Beverage Program to all the staff for spirits, wine & beverages items.
- Create promo-brief, pre-P&L & postmortem for any beverage related events.
- Adhere to all CFCM Company policies and procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisor.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by managers from time to time.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years as Bar or Beverage Supervisor with demonstrated proficiency and understanding of one or more functions related to the position.
- 2 years in similar capacity in an international class hotel or similar environment.
