Job Description - BB Manager

As a B2B Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to expand our business-to-business (B2B) sales channels. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships, fostering key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious young professional with a flexible commercial background to play a pivotal role in boosting our sales. The ideal candidate is eager to support our existing customer base while actively seeking new opportunities. In addition, they will contribute to motivating and enhancing our reseller program. We prioritize attitude and a keen willingness to learn over specific experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential B2B clients through proactive outreach and relationship building

.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to B2B clients.

3. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the B2B landscape.

Stay informed about industry best practices and competitors, providing insights to improve the company's B2B strategy.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management:

Lead negotiations with potential B2B clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure proper contract drafting and compliance.

5. Platform Management

Resellers

B2B Direct Sales

B2B Distributors

a. Offices

b. Hotels

6. Reporting and Analytics:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of B2B initiatives.

Provide regular reports to senior management on B2B sales performance and recommendations for improvement.

7. Facilitating the company's expansion phase

Seeks ways to contribute to the achievement of objectives and enhance job accomplishments.

Safeguards the organization's value through the confidential handling of information.

Elevates the organization's reputation by taking ownership of diverse and innovative requests.

8. Responsibilities associated with the startup essence of B Coffee Co.

Undertaking any tasks that may arise to foster the sustained long-term growth of the company.

B. Education & Work Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in business management, Business or Public Administration, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

2. Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

6. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

7. Adhere to all non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.

C. Business Development Technical Knowledge and Experience 

1. Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills.

3. Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

4. Initial experience in forecasting.

5. Feels comfortable working in a tight but high-performing team.

6. Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
