Cafe Shift Manager

POSITION DETAILS:

• Manages outlet operations and the implementation of standards, business continuity, and process improvement to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability of the outlet.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates store-specific plans for sales and profit growth and achievement of quality and people targets in alignment with business strategies
• Oversees implementation of applicable programs from BU support units
• Conducts regular coaching sessions to direct reports to ensure proper execution of strategies
• Prepares business case for outlet-specific operational issues and recommends solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Science or related field, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, with at least 7 years of overall experience in the Food and Beverage industry
• Well-versed in hotel and restaurant operations
• Must be up to date with new trends available in the market
• In-depth knowledge in P&L Report
• Has a passion for food and beverages
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
• Willing to be assigned in Makati or Taguig.
