The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section and respective section of each subordinate in meeting set standards., gives operational support to the Jr. Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property.
Work ExperienceYour experience and skills include;
• Previous pre-opening and 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• With 2 years experience in similar role
• With open positions in Pastry, All day dining, IRD, Filipino and Korean Cuisine
