Job Overview Acacia Hotel is seeking a skilled Chinese Commi 2 to join our team. This role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine. As a Chinese Commi 2, you will be responsible for assisting the chef in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes. This is a full-time position based in Morjim, Goa, India. Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine
Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
Assist the chef in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes according to menu specifications
Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes are up to the standards set by the chef
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and menu items
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
