Cluster Director of Talent & Culture

This position is responsible for the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel. The DOTC supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.

Your experience and skills include;

• Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• With high understanding of labor and employment law.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
