Job Description



The role oversee the conception, execution and dissemination of marketing strategies aimed at solidifying the hotel's brand presence. Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities while nurturing partnerships to enhance brand recognition and drive incremental business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA (visual and written communication, product, service, distribution e.g. brand Packages)
  • Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and outlet brands and the brand equity across all channels
  • Manage all marketing/promotional/sales collateral development/production both on and off line
  • To identify opportunities to further expose the hotel and maximize revenue opportunities through sponsoring local sport/cultural/art events that are aligned with the hotel positioning and are sound in delivering a strong ROI
  • Drive the marketing and communication (internal and external) of the Hotels CSR commitments
  • To work a rolling activity schedule to maximise the effectiveness of offers via our airline partners, card partners and loyalty products.
  • Summarize and assess activities on quarterly basis and achieve annual production targets
  • Responsible for updating all collaterals related to Partnerships/Loyalty Programs

Qualifications



Profile 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • At least 10 years related work experience in a Hotel preferred

  • Previous leadership experience within Marketing required

  • University/College degree in a related discipline required 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required 

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities 

  • Highly responsible & reliable 

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees 

  • Service oriented with an eye for details 

  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

  • Good presentation and influencing skills

  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures

  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment 

  • Self-motivated and energetic
