Position Title: Executive Operations Staff
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 PHP monthly
Reports to: Manager of Executive Operations
Primary Relationship: Internal Team
Date: April 2024
Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT
Background:
The Executive Operations role is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, analyzing financial and operational data, leading and managing teams, creating and implementing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with other executives and departments and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex operational processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with other executives and departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization
Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, Hotels, and transportation, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are in line with company policies.
Maintaining executive expenses and ensuring that they are properly documented and within budget.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive company information.
Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist CEO and CO-founder in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Leading and managing teams to ensure operational goals are met, including bldg. projects, repairs and maintenance.
Identifying and managing risks and opportunities that could impact the organization’s operations
Participating in team meetings and taking notes, and following up on action items as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field is often required for this role.
Strong communication and negotiations skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
