Job Description Hiring of Executive Sous Chef for a 4-Star Hotel at Clark, Pampanga. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage overall kitchen operations while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, direction, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Ensure that a consistent first-class product of the highest quality is achieved and maintained in all culinary areas, whilst adhering to operational deadlines.

Job Qualifications Work Experience and Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage service in the Hotel industry is preferred
• Degree in Culinary education
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be relocated/assigned in a 4-Star Hotel at Clark, Pampanga.

Compensation 50,000 - 60,000

Compensation Range ₱50,000 - ₱80,000
