F&B Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated F&B Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the F&B department's performance and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, cleanliness, and food safety compliance are maintained at all times.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
• Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
• Managing daily food and beverage operations.
• Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Performs other task as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations, including food preparation, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
