We are urgently recruiting for a General Manage r for an upcoming Hotel and Casino. You will o versee the hotel and casino operations in the vibrant destination of Boracay. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel and casino, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel and casino operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, casino floor, and security.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including pricing, promotions, and cost control measures.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained throughout the property.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including gaming regulations, health and safety standards, and labor laws.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to remain competitive.
- Ensure the property maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel and casino management, with a track record of success in properties with at least 80 rooms.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business strategies and operational excellence.
- Thorough understanding of hotel and casino operations, including front and back-of-house functions, food and beverage operations, and gaming regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems, such as property management systems and revenue management tools.
