Hiring - CSR - Travel Account

We are looking for Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account in Pasig Location: Pasig City, Philippines Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and ticketing.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
• Manage and update travel itineraries for clients accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• At least Highschool Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of GDS experience, preferably in corporate travel.
• Experience in a BPO, Travel Account, or Travel Agency setting is preferred.
