The Human Resources Manager implements and oversees the Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures in line with the company standards. They manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department in the assigned Seda property and support the operating units by implementing human resources programs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (Hotel Work Experience)
3. Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
4. Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
5. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
6. Attention to detail and good judgment

Responsibilities

• Workforce Market and Recruitment Activities
• Assist in updating and managing job vacancies announcements/advertisements
• Assist in coordinating and implementing government and college recruiting initiatives
• Recruitment Agencies
• Coordinate with approved recruitment agencies for the supply of manpower
• Selection and Placement Process
• Screening applications and résumés
• Conducting tests of applicants
• Arranging and conducting interviews
• Short-listing
• Performing reference and background checks
• Policies and Code of Conduct
• Ensure that company policies and Code of Conduct are implemented and followed
• Compensation and Benefits
• Knowledgeable in Salary Structure
• Knowledgeable in SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig
