Roles And Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing the Indian kitchen
Prepare and cook Indian dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation
Handle food preparation and ingredient measurement accurately
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and portion sizes
Monitor and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
