About the Role

We have partnered with a dynamic Australian start-up that is making a huge impact in the auto industry. The environment is fast-paced, and you will be making a direct impact on every single customer interaction. As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying and updating registration information from various websites. You will also be ensuring the accuracy of seller-provided information, including the contact name and vehicle details.

What you'll be working on

• Retrieving data from different platforms and adding them to Sourcing.
• Obtaining required details through calling for lead generation.
• Working on available leads, verifying and updating information from various websites.
• Checking the accuracy of seller-provided information.

What were looking for

• Open to Senior High and College Fresh Graduates
• Willing to work on weekends and comfortable with Graveyard Shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge about cars and the automotive industry is a plus
• Experience/training with lead generation, business development or data entry is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time, Schedule (Night Shift: 10 PM- 7AM)
