Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acacia Hotel in Morjim, Goa, India. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance work. Qualifications And Skills
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks and procedures.
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Basic computer skills to maintain digital records and complete maintenance reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Roles And Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing hotel equipment and facilities.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and facilities.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
