Marketing Officer 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in conceptualizing, recommending, and implementing all traditional marketing strategies, programs and activities

• Create and manage marketing and sales events

• The Marketing Officer will be in charge of conceptualizing, planning, and developing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, sales growth, and residential revenue for the organization

• Serves as a brand steward, ensuring that the brand image and positioning are consistent across all channels of communication

• Will be in charge of developing and executing marketing plans that correspond with the brand's strategic goals and objectives, including online and offline advertising and activation.

• Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and implement brand strategies that boost brand equity

• Create interesting and effective campaigns that appeal to consumers by highlighting a brand's story, identity, and benefits

• Monitor marketing efforts across all communication platforms to ensure that they are consistent with the overall brand message and direction

Job Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent.

Required skills: results driven, leadership, highly creative, must be a strategic thinker. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

• Experience in real estate marketing and handing luxury brands are an advantage.

Preferably 3 years’ experience in specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Willing to travel outside Metro Manila from time to time

• Can speak Bisaya/Ilonggo is an advantage
