Job Overview: Fuel Your Career Journey

• Employment type: Full-time
  
• Shift: Mid to night Shifting, Weekend shifts
  
• Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas
  
• Salary: PHP32,000 to 35,000
  

Responsibilities: Dive into the Excitement

• Responding to and managing incoming written correspondence from online booking systems, travel agents, and guests.
  
• Data entry into reservations systems.
  
• Sending confirmation emails to guests.
  
• Delegation of relevant position duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor/Team Leader or Manager.
  
• High level of communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people.
  
• Adhering to rosters.
  
• All other duties as requested by your manager or supervisor.
  
• Participate in formal and informal training as requested by your manager.
  
• Attend meetings as requested by your manager.
  
• Actively support the client's company vision, C.O.M.P.A.S.S. values, and strategic goals.
  
• Work to meet and exceed individual and team deadlines, including key performance measures and goals.
  
• Manage responses coming from online travel agent (OTA) bookings respond to an average of 70 emails per day.

• Highly developed customer service skills.
  
• Excellent written communication skills.
  
• Proven customer service skills.
  
• Ability to multitask with proven time management skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative.
  
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and direction.
  
• Proven ability to work to and achieve KPI targets.
  
• Proven ability to work with reservations systems and data entry.
  
• Experience in a medium to large reservations center.
  
• Demonstrated understanding of KPIs.
  
• Previous experience within a reservation center, preferably within a resort/hotel environment.
  
• Proven ability to liaise with all internal departments and external clients in relation to resort requirements.
  
• Minimum 1 year experience with customer service preferably someone with experience in reservations or handling travel accounts like Expedia, Booking.com, etc., but will also accept any customer service background.
