Operation and Reservation Executive

The Role

Your responisbilities will include:

• Quotation, Reservation, create itineraries, invoicing.
• To coordinate with the sales & product team of Rida International (abroad)
• Make sure all operation process is going smoothly, all services are up to the company standard.
• Maintain follow-up system of each quoted request to the agent, get their feedback about the rates, and achieve maximum materialization.
• Reporting to section head.

Ideal Profile

• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• English Speaking is a must to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region and with minimum 2 years' experience in the tourism industry.
