Ideal Experience
- College graduate of business administration or a licensed mechanical/electrical engineer
- With at least 8-10 years work experience in real estate industry and property management
- Sound interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of client representatives, internal colleagues and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and complex operational matters including strategic resolutions in resolving concerns/conflict in managed properties
- With in-depth understanding of Account Management, Basic Occupational Safety and Health, DENR regulations including other statutory and regulatory compliance
Critical Competencies for Success
- Deep Familiarity with Property Management Operations
- Technically capable in leading Property Managers to develop a Management Plan
- Sound Technical and Leadership Skills
- Work Order Management – can simplify complex situations/problems into workable segments and can prepare action plans and recommendations based on clearly identified deliverables
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
- Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OVERALL ROLE
Direct in charge of multiple accounts under management and responsible for the overall delivery of property management services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to all client related concerns (principal and tenant) and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Review the development of the building operational plan and annual budget
- Provide regular reports to the management company
- Ensure delivery and submission of regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports covering building operations
- Appraise, train and supervise property managers and equivalent site leads on a regular basis
- Attend regular principal meetings and record highlights of the discussions accordingly
- Hold regular meetings with property managers and engineers to assure effective and smooth staff communications and designation of works
- Review read out, presentation material and any relevant recommendation memo’s prior to endorsement to principal client
- Assure that all staff members comply with company and building policies and procedures
- Implement JLL standards and improvements throughout the building
- Provide necessary recommendations to client’s representative regarding operational and key staffing changes
- Discipline staff where necessary within JLL Code of Conduct and the Labor Code
- Handle operational creativity and synergy assignments of the business line
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
