Job Descriptions

Join our ZubuDA culture as a Project Architect, where your architectural skills meet hands-on construction supervision skills. The ideal candidate should have a background in Construction Management/Supervision and have an in-depth comprehension of the construction process, materials, and methods. Provide strong project management skills to coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, suppliers and can immediately address problems and implement solutions.

 

Design Development 

• Assign and detect clashes with other allied engineering scope 

Contract Documentation 

• Undertake detailing and documentation for an assigned project 
• Undertake in specifications of materials and construction methodology 
• Undertake layout to produce adequate contract documents 
• Undertake in sourcing and accurate bill of materials 
• Audit and check quantities and specification in relation to the contract documents 

Construction Supervision  

• Undertake in proper forecasting of works ahead and properly engage the needed contractors.
• Coordinate closely with the design leads, project teams, including contractors and engineers to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
• Generate comprehensive site reports, provide photographic documentation, detailing construction progress, daily activities, problems encountered, and solutions. 

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Architecture

Professional Certification: Licensed/Registered Professional Architect
