- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- With basic knowledge on GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Principles
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral, and organizational skills
- Technical software skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Works wells under pressure and able to prioritize workloads
- Well organized and multi-task oriented
- Foster teamwork to get the best results
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
Job Description:
- Conduct Remote & Onsite Quality Assurance audits of technical disciplines – SOP, GMP and Food Safety – to verify that Operations are in conformance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Problem resolution techniques to turn around major SOP, GMP and Food Safety issues.
- Conduct SOP, GMP and Food Safety Training to employees.
- Mentors co-workers with interpretation of regulatory requirements – SOP requirements, and other documents, as applicable
- Recommends and implements modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability
- Evaluate and recommend corrective action to resolve major quality problems
- Responds/validates to customer complaints, inquiries and audit requirements
- Conducts sensory evaluation of CTG food products/SKU’s
