Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Thursday to Monday 8PM - 5AM
Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home

Dive into Impactful Duties: Your Role Unveiled

  • Share the common concept - treating others as we would want to be treated.
  • Maintain continuous communication with multiple departments for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create a personalized experience for travelers by offering the best suitable options for their stay.
  • Check the availability of accommodations on the guest's desired travel dates.
  • Answer any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Provide assistance to guests who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Verify guest information and payment options, sending confirmation emails or letters.
  • Effectively communicate with guests over the phone, via text, or email, striving to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist Guest Relations with guest arrivals, payments, and contract details.
  • Maintain accurate files and notes for all incoming reservation requests on PMS and Lead Management Software.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and guest relationships.
  • Be familiar with the location, features, and amenities of all our luxury vacation properties.
  • Comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously strive to improve skills and increase knowledge within reservations.
  • Fulfill any other duties necessary to uphold our Mission and abide by our Organization's Values.

Requirements

Ignite Your Skills: What We're Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the telephone.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up efficiently.
  • Proficient in creating a guest experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Observant and detail-oriented, able to coordinate and multitask job duties in a busy environment.
