Job Description

• Perform quality audit on calls
• Ensure that information provided during the call done by the nurses are accurate
• Timely and accurate completion of standard and advanced quality forms, reports and analysis
• Adhere to targeted call audits to be done per agent per month
• Attend and participates in quality calibration sessions
• Provide immediate education, report error trends and propose action plans to mitigate errors, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

This position is on Fixed weekends off.

• BS Nursing graduate with Active PHRN license
• With Active USRN license from any US Mainland state
• At least 2 years BPO experience as USRN
• Performed an SME role or call monitoring audit experience of at least 6 months
• Must have handled Utilization Management as an entry level USRN or SME
• Good English communication skills (with good grammar and pronunciation)
• Amenable to work on graveyard or shifting schedule
• Open to work onsite in Pasig City (currently on temporary work from home arrangement)

Salary Package:

• Compensation - 60,000 to 75,000 per month
