Senior Procurement Officer

Overview of the role

We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for the procurement of items by using Birchstreet System and ensuring timely delivery, conformity to specifications and most competitive pricing.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and analyze market trends.
• Ability to analyze supply & demand condition.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans that drive cost saving and operational efficiency.
• Be able to formulate Procurement best practices and process improvement.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

General Requirements

• BS degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other related business courses.
• Minimum 5-years of procurement experience holding supervisory position in Hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in procurement software, tools, and e-procurement platform.
• Attended related procurement trainings/seminar will be a plus.
