Senior Sales Executive Food Service for Hotels & Restaurants

Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

  • With solid sales experience of minimum 3-5 years in the Food Service Sector
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • Has sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • With proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must also possess excellent negotiation skills
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Has good analyzation and presentation skills

Here's what you will do:

  • Win and grow new accounts
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Accompany Junior Sales Executive in closing account if necessary
  • Implement a strict Tracking Tool to ensure that monthly sales targets are met and that all accounts are being handled properly.
  • Answering customer’s questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant department as needed
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Study the current market trends for products and identify improvements.
  • Analyzing competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls and market success.
  • Preparation of comparative data month by month and attending the monthly business review if there’s any attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Active posting of campaigns through different social media platforms to promote and acquire leads.
  • Submission of Daily and Monthly Reports.

Golden Acres Food Solutions Inc is a direct Importer & Distributor of Frozen imported food products from different countries primarily frozen items such as Beef, Pork, Chicken, Dairy, Bakery Products, and Sauces, to Frozen Fruits & Vegetables.

It has evolved to be a complete one-stop source for restaurants, commissaries, food chains and hotels. Despite heavy competition, we have become the trusted partners of restauranteurs who demand only high-quality food consistently at a price that allow their restaurants to thrive.

Your application will include the following questions:

PRODUCT/SERVICES: We are a vertically integrated Food Supply Chain provider with focus on fresh and frozen meats and vegetables. Our value chain:

Global Sourcing of meats and import of frozen ocean freight containersLocal sourcing (we are the largest distributor of Bounty Fresh)(Cold) Storage in own and third party facilitiesPreparation of products to customer specs (cutting, re-packing, portioning)Commissary operationJust in time delivery to: A) Hotels/Restaurants B) Supermarkets D) Food traders C) Consumers (on very limited scale)Operation of third party and Inhouse meat shop retail outlets.

LOCATION: Main operation in 2188 Elisco Road. Border Taguig/Pasig between C5 and C6. Branch office in Bicol

COMPANY: Owner managed, 6 day operation with about 100 staff. We are on a path of professionalization of the company and every recruit need to work independently with ownership and drive to support this ambition.
