• To supervise the Distribution Center Admin Officers/Specialists of an assigned region (NCR, Luzon or VisMin) on their respective job responsibilities to ensure meeting their target KRA’s.
• To conduct regular site inspection and property audit on project development, progress and completion.
• To conduct Facilities and Housekeeping Audit.
• To monitor the quarterly and annual supplies consumption of the distribution areas being handled and prepare action plans to ensure within budget.
• To monitor strict implementation of waste management protocols
• Management of Non-Life Insurance Policies
• Can be assigned to other distribution centers where needed and function as temporary Admin in case of untoward circumstances
Description:

• Graduate of any business management course from a reputable university/college; technical degree such as engineering or architecture is an advantage
• At least 3-4 years experience in any of the following fields: Property/Facilities Management, Building/Office Administration.
• Supervisory level with related work experience in people management/supervision of admin staff, housekeeping, security and maintenance personnel in an industrial or commercial setting such as mall/supermarket, warehouse, BPO, manufacturing or medical facility.
• Above average written and oral communication skills, with good command of the English language.
• Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel Spreadsheet, and capable of generating reports as required.
• Willing to be assigned in provincial sites as needed.
• Registered/Accredited Safety Officer (SO2) is an advantage.
• With experience as Pollution Control Officer (PCO), and knowledgeable in liaising with related Government agencies such as DENR, LLDA and BFP.
• Can work under minimal supervision, independent thinker, good analytical skills and a team player.
• Upholds honesty and integrity as core work values.
• To procure company supplies, assets, equipment, furniture, computers, vehicles, airlines and hotel bookings.
• To review and update price of current suppliers. Look for alternative suppliers quarterly and provide suggestions on improving admin and procurement processes.
• To ensure proper documentation of Asset Movements and transfers

• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
• Experience in Oracle system is an advantage
• Has strong exposure to negotiation
