Located in the stunning setting of the Red Sea, Sindalah Island is the epitome of luxury and relaxation, boasting three exquisite hotels and a commitment to providing unparalleled guest experiences. Position: Venue Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia, Neom (Sindalah Island) Contract: 12 months Joining date: within one month (once documents are ready) Working hours: 6 days weekly, 9-10 hours per day including 1 hour break Company Provides

Requirements
5+ years of supervisory experience in the hospitality or events industry.
Degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred).
Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-management abilities.
Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality or events industry.
Extensive experience in guest operations and service.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve issues effectively.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Valid local KSA driver's license or ability to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
Lead and train the venue guest relations team to provide exceptional service.
Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and correction as needed.
Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests.
Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests, offering local recommendations.
Foster a harmonious work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Conduct daily briefings to ensure the team is informed and prepared.
Manage staff roster and allocation to meet guest needs and maintain smooth operations.
Maintain venue facilities, conduct regular inspections, and manage inventory and supplies.
Ensure machinery and equipment are inspected and maintained.
Prepare reports on venue operations and performance.
Act as an escalation point for staff and resolve issues effectively.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
