Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Accounts Receivable deduction!

In this role, agent is supporting end-to-end Accounts Receivable process. Agent needs to exercise consultative sales techniques demonstrating strong call control.

Responsibilities

• Be able to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to, providing account transactions details, placing investigations, or on-line navigation assistance.
• Use of CRM tools & collecting/documenting detailed information
• Ability to utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
• Abide to all code of conduct and policies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• With relevant AR Experience
• Strong exposure to end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, specifically in processing of claims, credit/debit memo, recall, billing deductions & freight liability for lost and/or damaged.
• SAP tool Experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and analyse various professional reports. With excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Knowledge in basic excel formulas, excel macro skills added advantage.
