Accounts Receivable Specialist

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible in preparing and reviewing the following:

• Monitoring and SAP booking of customer payments via bank transfer and check payment using merchant transaction journal.
• Verifying, processing and recording incoming payments received from accounts and updating their accounts timely.
• Keeping track of unpaid and upcoming due invoices, number of days they have been outstanding and give reminder to Key Account Managers for their account status.
• Provide summary of Ageing reports and due schedule for Retail.
• Account Monitoring, payment posting, recon and status updating.
• Reconciliation of Hanging Receivables from Retail an other payment partners.
• Safekeeping and ensuring that all invoices have proof of delivery that can be used as reference on variances.
• To request CWT form for payment made
• To report detailed month-end figures of Accounts Receivable as per SAP records.
• To provide weekly SOA of handled accounts
• To report to Finance CFO, Manager and other concerned department the status of Retail and Branch Receivables.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting or other relevant experience.
• Keen on details and with good analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent College Degree
• Background in SAP and other ERP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL)
• Good oral and written communication (internal and external).
• Willing to be assigned in our head office in Quezon City
