Assistant Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance Manager in all working aspects of Compliance Risk Control Department and in management planning.
• Ensure the departmental operation runs smoothly even without the supervision of Compliance Manager.
• Work as part of a team to deliver the required work in a way that meets and exceeds internal and external expectations.
• Deliver the manager's instructions and decisions to team members.
• Carry out and supervise system enhancement projects and regulatory internal controls in contribution to the business development and integrity.
• Assist management in achieving their goals by applying strong analytical skill, risk management skill.

Job Description Operation, Compliance, System Enhancement, Strategic Management and Planning

• Assist Compliance Manager in monitoring and reporting Compliance Department's operation, risk control, audit, and system enhancement.
• Make decisions on behalf of the manager; produce new proper operational procedures; review and modify the existing procedures if needed.
• Oversee the performance of all duties by the department, make human resources and operational amendments if necessary to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Report violations of compliance to the manager and duly authorized enforcement parties as appropriate.
• Coordinate with IT Department to build up helpful systematic techniques and operational system to boost up the departmental and company business effectively and efficiently.
• Assist manager in cultivating, assessing and improving subordinates whether meets required competencies, skills, knowledge
