Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
This leader will be responsible for serving as the lead of a team of associates handling associate relations issues including but not limited to: investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Handles complex issues in addition to providing triage intake to manage workloads across the team in a timely and effective manner to ensure consistent support and advice is given to managers and associates. Provides leadership, advice, guidance, coaching, and training to the team. Assists with any compliance or legal issues. Develops and analyzes periodic associate relations-related data for trending and develops and executes action plans in coordination with HR business partners. Serves as primary facilitator in the partnership between the associate relations service center and the HR business partners. Build strong relationship with the HRBPs, Stakeholders and External counsel.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-10 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP ).
