Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition AVP to be based in the Philippines. The role involves a full lifecycle of recruiting inclusive of sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, hiring, contract negotiation, and employer branding. The AVP for talent acquisition will work closely with IIX's COO, to recruit top talent across the organization with a primary focus on South Asia talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist should be passionate about diversity and inclusion and willing to think innovatively to meet rapidly and frequently changing hiring needs. The AVP will also provide HR advisory to line managers while implementing and communicating policies effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, professional and personal networks, social media channels, popular job sites in a cost effective way etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and fit with the company culture.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team and senior management
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• The position will be based remotely and working with the Headquarters in Singapore.
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
• High comfort level working in a relatively flat, non-hierarchical environment
