Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Administer performance appraisal processes, set goals, and provide feedback to employees
Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance
Help develop, communicate, and implement human resource (HR) policies and procedures
Educate employees on company policies and promote adherence
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends
Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory purposes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage legal matters related to employment and maintain records to support compliance
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents
Secure and maintain accurate employee records and administrative documents
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and maintenance
Manage office resources and ensure a well-organized workspace
Perform other tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR management, business management, or any related course
Proven work experience as an HR generalist
Hands-on experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to report on-site for more than two days per week depending on business needs
Ability to report to our offices in Aseana City, Parañaque, and Bacoor, Cavite
At least six months of BPO experience (preferred)
Familiarity with any ISO compliance program, especially in data controlling (a plus)
Knowledge in using Asana and SharePoint (a plus)
HMO coverage with two free dependents upon regularization
