- Works closely with Sales Executive partner in managing and maintaining revenue and book of business.
- Accountable in doing administrative daily task such, processing desk copies by sending it out to be processed in Salesforce.com, working on evolve resources by approving instructors to receive accesses, and managing lead by following up and process leads submitted in Salesforce.
- Schedule meetings for the priority customer list – this list can be sent by Sales Executive or by a stage determined in SF.
- Work on various initiatives
- Identify customer who have not adopted or have adopted product that is going to a new edition by connecting with customer.
- Schedule for Sale Executive to demo on identified opportunity.
- Confirm renewal and send desk copies and new business.
- Support Account Executive with designated account research to help with account planning (mission statement, key curricula initiatives, updated news, etc) which is publicly available via online search
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling existing customer portfolio preferably within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used.
- Experience in a corporate / B2B sales environment preferred.
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in handling Salesforce and Evolve tool is a plus.
