Job Description - Client Services Manager

Job Summary: The Client Services Manager for staffing services will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions, and serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and hiring managers.

3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively.

5. Coordinate the recruitment and placement process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.

6. Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the hiring process.

7. Monitor and track performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and client retention rates, to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.

8. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on staffing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client services, account management, or customer relationship management, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and market conditions.
