• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• He/She shall take on the following tasks under C&B:
• Performs payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Accomplishes finance reports related to payroll e.g. journal voucher, tax return
• Maintains time and attendance system; including tardiness, overtime and leaves monitoring
• Prepares reports and remittances of government requirements i.e., SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, BIR
• Computes for net pay/credit ratio and processes employee salary loan application
• Processes payment of family medical allowance (FMA) and commodities cheque
• Processes payment of motor policy cover for company car/fleet
• Prepares certification e.g., employment, government contributions, payment of government loans
