Digital Designer

Kudosity is seeking a Digital Designer to assist with the design and amalgamation of 4 core websites into one global site following our recent rebrand.

Department overview

Our Marketing team is focused on maximising revenue growth to achieve Kudosity’s aspirations to scale. This can be achieved with focus on new customer acquisition and Go-To- Market strategy, as well as enhancing existing customer engagement. We strategically focus on Growth, Customer Lifecycle, Product Marketing and Brand.

Our goals are to:

•Build an exceptional brand that is well known in target markets as trusted, innovative, and appealing.

•Deliver insight-driven customer engagement programs for exceptional customer experiences and revenue growth.

•Support operational excellence to scale the business via a strong mar-tech stack, employer branding and change management.

How you’ll make an impact

You will be assisting with the design and amalgamation of 4 core websites into one global site following our recent rebrand. In addition, you will be responsible for answering briefs with captivating creative concepts and communications which stretch across digital formats.

What you’ll do

Graphic & Digital Design

•Create concepts for brand and strategic campaigns

•Creating content of organic social post

•Design storyboards for short and long format videos/animations

•Editing Video

•Creating illustrated graphics and iconography

•Creating layouts for Print including typesetting and typography

Web Design

•Working closely with our Brand & Content team to deliver against design briefs

•Preparing UI assets for development handoff

•Maintaining and improving our web design system library

•Creating web page mockup and wireframes

•Collaborating with developers to create clarity and achieve desired outcome

•Identifying opportunities to improve existing website experience and interface

What you’ll bring

•At least 3 years of experience working with vector graphics, illustrations and web design

•Agency design experience or freelance experience is a plus

•Skilled in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, After effects.

•Experience in both UX wireframing and UI execution

•Ability to present creative work to stakeholders, absorb feedback in a positive manner, and execute against required changes

•You think outside the box to create innovative concepts that differentiate our brand

•Tertiary education in Art/Graphic Design or related field

•SaaS experience is a bonus
